The purposes of the mental health services provided by Harold’s House are to promote healing, to lessen the likelihood of revictimization, and to decrease the ongoing and long-term social, emotional, and developmental outcomes of trauma.
If you already have a scheduled appointment, please fill out the child client intake at least 24 before your scheduled appointment.
If you have already been contacted by your family advocate to start counseling out of house, please fill out the Release of Information. We cannot send a referral until we get this signed.
