Our mission is to serve victims of sexual and/or physical abuse, minimizing their trauma through a team approach in a child-friendly environment.
Steps to Healing
After a child is referred to Harold's House by law enforcement or CPS, a Harold's House forensic interviewer listens to the child’s story by asking non-leading, developmentally appropriate questions as the child talks about the trauma he/she has experienced.
Team Approach
Harold's House coordinates a multidisciplinary team approach in response to allegations of child abuse in Angelina, Nacogdoches, and Sabine Counties.

$20 Could provide a child coming to our center with snacks, lunch, and/or comfort items they need while they are with us.
$50 Can provide a family an hour with a family advocate receiving, critical referrals they need to begin the healing services.
$100 Could provide one forensic interview - the first step to restoration for child victims.
$500 Can provide a child suffering Sexual Abuse a SANE exam collecting the critical evidence needed in the investigative process.
$1,000 Can provide a child victim Trauma Focused Counseling.
